0927 Series Brass 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve

0927 series is an innovative pilot-operated solenoid valve with 360° omnidirectional mounting, allowing flexible installation in any direction and enhancing layout and piping flexibility. The modular design with an energy-saving pilot mechanism ensures easy maintenance and stable performance. The valve meets the industrial requirement of 16 bar operating pressure, significantly reducing overall operational costs and downtime.

Yes. The solenoid valve can be easily cleaned by unscrewing the four bolts.

What parts of the solenoid valve need to be changed after a long period?

80% of the solenoid valve is made of durable metal (e.g., brass, stainless steel, cast aluminum, and cast iron), so you only need to change the rubber seal and the coil, which are prone to wear.

How to choose between the direct-acting and pilot-operated solenoid valve?

It is recommended to choose carefully based on actual site conditions and pressure/flow requirements.

  • Direct-acting solenoid valve: Has a simple structure and low maintenance, but has higher impurities. It is suitable for a high-response environment with a pressure of 1.0MPa or lower.
  • Pilot-operated solenoid valve: Has a double-layer structure, which is suitable for higher pressure (up to 1.6MPa) and larger flow.
