SYPT Series Brass 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve
- Direct Acting, Normally Closed
- Port Size: 1/2"
- Fluid Temperature: -5°C to 120°C
- Operating Pressure: 0–1.6MPa
- Media: air, water
SYPT series is a direct-acting, normally closed (NC) electronic drain valve (EDV) designed for condensate management in compressed air systems. It features a built-in stainless-steel filter that traps impurities and debris, protecting internal components and extending service life. The valve is integrated with an intelligent timing mechanism that automatically controls drainage intervals, ensuring stable system pressure and continuous operation even under heavy industrial conditions. The EDV’s built-in filtration system can also address common clogging problems in conventional drainage valves.
The compact, easy-to-install design allows this solenoid valve to be installed in tight spaces, such as near air storage tanks or at low points in the piping system. The automatic operation eliminates manual intervention, reduces exhaust losses to improve system efficiency, and can address low-temperature (down to -5°C), dirt, and blockage issues.
- Automatic timed drainage minimizes manual operation and exhaust loss
- Featuring a built-in filter to prevent contamination and clogging
- Adjustable drainage interval and emission time, with a test button for easy operation
- Provided with CE certification for reliability and safety
- Available in various port sizes and optional anti-freeze accessories
SYPT series electronic drain valve (EDV) integrates an analog solid state timer and a solenoid valve to automatically discharge condensate from compressed air systems at set intervals. EDV is widely used in compressed pneumatic system components, such as:
- Filters
- Separators
- Dryers
- Air storage tanks
